After you purchase your monthly access pass you will submit inquiry forms to book the studio in the same way other guests do, but simply check the “Monthly Access Pass Holder” box prior to submitting. The form requires your first and last name and the dates and times you want to reserve the studio and you will receive an email back within 24hrs confirming you are booked.

Every season will bring a new design set with each major Holiday, along with some neutral set ups mixed in in between those holidays to offer a nice variety and the perfect backdrop for sessions year round.

If you have a monthly access pass, after purchase you’ll receive an email with high-resolution photos of what the current studio installation is. You’ll receive exclusive print release to these images to use for your own marketing for the month of your pass.

All Monthly Access Pass holders will receive a $10 discount on any additional hours booked in the studio, at a rate of $60/hr.

Your Monthly Access Pass begins on your date of purchase and lasts for 30 days after that date of purchase. Ie if purchase on March 1, 2025 your pass expires March 30, 2025. If you purchase March 10, 2025 your pass expires April 10, 2025.

Monthly access passes are not a recurring payment. Once paid you are paying for those 6 hours of studio time and any remaining hours cannot be rolled over past the end date of your monthly pass. We encourage photographers that are unable to fill those hours with clients to use any remaining hours for portfolio building and creative shoots. Hours cannot be transferred to other photographers.

Every Monthly Access Pass includes 30minutes that can be added either before or after any of your booked time slots to allow you time to get a new headshot taken or take any photos for portfolio building. This must be added on to an existing booking, and you will need to give a heads up to the studio in your booking inquiry that you want to use that time slot. If you do not want to take your own headshot just let us know! Jen, studio. owner, is happy to come into the studio and take your headshot for you either on your own. gear or her own with the RAW images provided to you.
